Event Operators Wanted!
Leagues | Tournaments | Clinics

It's simple and it's easy! Follow the steps below and you will be on your way! For further info, please email NWsports@gte.net.

Step 1
- Decide what type of event you wish to run - league, tournament, clinic, etc

Step 2
- Give yourself at least 180+ days. It is easy but it will take time to do set everything up in the proper manner.

Step 3
- Finalize plans with your facility of choice BEFORE applying for a sanction.

Step 4
- Obtain all necessary Sanction Forms, Third Party Liability Insurance Forms, as well as, AAU Club Level II Membership and return to your Association Office.

Step 5
- Make sure you have an adequate number of officials & staff on board BEFORE you start.

Step 6
- Create a comprehensive entry kit which includes (but is not limited to) the following:

* Cover letter
* General Information and Rules
* Sign-Up Sheet
* Entry Fees
* AAU Membership Information

Step 7
- Distribute entry kit to potential coaches and participants
