The each grade is divided into 2 divisions: Div 1 (stronger) and Div 2.  There is some cross over between divisions so that we can avoid teams playing each other twice in the league.   Therefore, the divisions have been combined into one schedule for each grade.  Games are being played on the Eastside, Seattle, Federal Way and Tacoma.    This is not a rec league and teams do have to travel but we try to keep them close to home as much as possible.   We have teams that are making the trek over the mountains from eastern Washington so that they can experience the tougher competition that western Washington affords them. 

As stated, the league tournament will be the weekend of Feb. 26th & 27th.   The tournament has a single elimination format and is seeded, much like March Madness where the stronger teams will go against the weaker teams in the first round.  4th-8th grade divisions will have two tournaments, the Division 1 and Division 2 sections.  To be in good standing a team must have all their fees paid, they must have turned in a complete roster and they must not have forfeited games without notifying the office in advance.  In order to avoid forfeits in the tournament all teams must notify us of their intent to play. 

It is a testament to the quality of the league that the number of teams is increasing each year.
